➡️ sweet potato glass noodles

➡️ filet mignon (beef)

➡️ soy sauce

➡️ egg yolks

➡️ olive oil

➡️ carrots

➡️ shiitake mushrooms

➡️ wood ear mushrooms

PRO TIP:

➡️ It’s important to individually stir fry and season the vegetables because:

(1) they have different durations to cook (2) it will maintain the vegetables’ vibrant and fresh look and lastly

(3) stir frying and seasoning them individually will help with the overall taste. Since everything is already cooked and well seasoned, you won’t be having a hard time adjusting the taste in the end 😉

➡️ 2 & 1/2 kg chicken wings

➡️ 1/2 half cup flour

➡️ 1 tablespoon  baking powder

➡️ 1 teaspoon garlic powder

➡️ 1 teaspoon onion powder

➡️ at least 1 liter of oil for deep frying

(FOR THE SAUCE)

➡️ 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

➡️ 1 whole garlic, minced

➡️ 1 stick butter (110 grams)

➡️ 3 tablespoons sugar

➡️ 3 tablespoons honey

➡️ 1 teaspoon black pepper

➡️ 1 teaspoon garlic powder

➡️ 1 teaspoon onion powder

➡️ 1/4 cup soy sauce

BEEF BULGOGI

➡️ 1 pound filet mignon beef

➡️ 1 tsp salt

➡️ 2 tbsp & 1 tsp of sesame oil

➡️ a pinch of ground black pepper

➡️ honey

➡️ 4 tbsp of soy sauce

➡️ 1 tbsp of Korean chili powder

➡️ 3 tbsp brown sugar

➡️ 1 whole garlic

➡️ leek (bottom part)

➡️ scallions (bottom part)

➡️ 1 whole pear (grated)

➡️ 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

➡️ white onion

TOFU BULGOGI

➡️ 12 oz. tofu

➡️ 4 tbsp of soy sauce

➡️ 2 tbsp & 1 tsp of sesame oil

➡️ 3 tbsp brown sugar

➡️ 1 tbsp of Korean chili powder

➡️ honey

➡️ ground black pepper

➡️ salt
